On Tuesday morning, I boarded a taxi and quietly observed the conductor at work.
At every stage, they know who has just boarded, who has been in the taxi for a while, and who is about to get off. They remember exact fares, including those negotiated before entering. Without writing anything down, they track faces, stages, conversations, and payments, all while calling out for passengers and guiding the driver.
If a passenger insists they’ve already paid, they calmly remind them where they boarded and the agreed-upon amount. They are right most of the time 😂
When I think about it this morning, it’s clear this is more than routine work. They have developed mastery in attention, memory, and mental discipline through daily practice. Under pressure, they remain alert, observant, and precise.
They weren’t experts from the start. None of them are. Through consistency, repetition, and daily engagement, they grow into mastery. What begins as effort becomes instinct. Through this process, they become geniuses in their own right.
This simple observation left me deeply challenged 🤗🫡
Reflecting on their work, I see leaders in action. They manage people, process information quickly, adapt to changing situations, and maintain order amid chaos. Their discipline reminds us that excellence, leadership, and personal growth are built through practice, focus, and commitment.
Today, we honour all taxi conductors for their great memory and mastery. Their work is a daily lesson in excellence for us all. ❤️

Inspired and Challenged
Sometimes, we often wait for big moments to teach us life’s lessons, yet some of the most powerful growth comes from the ordinary, the conversations we have, the people we meet, and the small tasks we take seriously.
The people who grow fastest are intentional about learning. Much inspiration daily from Naluwaga Phionah Kwagala and Dr. Bahati Hilda Sabiti.
They listen more than they speak, observe carefully, and reflect deeply. Every situation becomes an opportunity to sharpen skills, understand others, and practice patience, empathy, and resilience.
Wisdom is not found in a title or certificate. It is cultivated by paying attention, asking questions, and learning from everyone, even those we might initially overlook. The neighbor, the shopkeeper, the colleague, they all have insights if we take the time to notice.
Personal growth thrives when humility meets curiosity. Admitting we don’t know it all and staying teachable opens doors for transformation. It is not about who we learn from, but that we learn consistently.
From their inspiration, I challenge myself to see life as a classroom, observe more, reflect more, and learn from all experiences. Growth often hides in small, repeated acts of attentiveness and action.
What ordinary moment today can teach you something new? Something to think about 🤗🥰

Very insightful 👏 👌
